CHOOSE YOUR SOMERSET WEDDING VENUE

So, if you’re here I am sure you are 99% sure you want to get married in Somerset! Brilliant, as a local I may be slightly biased but honestly, we have some of the most incredible venues for you to choose from!

Your venue is the first supplier that you want to book because it means you will have a secure date in place, ready to send out your invites and let other suppliers know.

Here are a couple of venues I highly recommend you check out:

HOLBROOK HOUSE

Holbrook House is one of the most beautiful houses in Somerset and an example of beautiful architecture.

You can hire this venue to be exclusively yours for your Somerset wedding. It boasts beautiful Georgian exterior and interior features and 15 boutique style rooms for you to accommodate guests and is close to the A303, making it easy to get to and close to alternative accommodation for your guests also.

The luxurious interiors of the house are ideal for civil ceremonies and receptions, and with indoor and outdoor options to hold your ceremony Holbrook is a great choice whatever the season or weather.

ST AUDRIES PARK

St Audries Park is the ideal setting for your wedding and reception for a Somerset wedding.

This manor house is set within 100 acres of deer park and overlooks the rolling Quantock Hills and the Bristol Channel beyond.

There are 41 luxury bedrooms reserved for your wedding night, as well as three additional cottages within their estate that can be reserved on both the night of and the night before your wedding day.

The Victorian Orangery provides a unique setting for your wedding ceremony, and the banqueting hall can accommodate up to 130 guests for the wedding breakfast. You can invite up to 250 guests for the evening wedding reception and party.

I have recommended more of my top venues in Somerset here if you would like to check it out.

CHOOSE YOUR SOMERSET WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Hey, it’s me! Your Somerset wedding photographer…Of course, I am going to recommend myself, but that is only because I am someone who loves meeting new couples, doesn’t take myself too seriously and captures your day in a natural way.

Besides that, having someone photograph your Somerset wedding is one of the best ideas you will have because it means that all of the planning and perfecting will be captured for you to always look back on, as well as all of the moments and emotions your day entails.

You can feel those feelings all over again, as well as see those moments you may have missed!

Couples never regret having their day captured. It goes without saying that everyone loves looking back at memories because once the day has passed those memories start to fade. However, photographs hold every detail.

It is important that you choose a photographer whose work you absolutely love – have a look at their photography style. Also, choose someone who you get on with because remember, they will be with you during your day so you want to have a fun, relaxed and smooth process.

Have a chat with them first to see if they are the right photographer for you!
